Build Own Operate - BOO
Suitable for: a utility provider, an industrial manufacturer or a business requiring energy at a large scale.
Specs: 100KW plus Metered Hybrid Solar Power System, Digital Smart Energy Meter, WIFI Enabled Power Inverter, Touch Screen Display, 30 Year Warranty mono Solar Panels.
Optional: Lithium Battery for storage.
Land Requirements: IOTR Energy would be interested in leasing titled land parcels for a 30-year term.
Ownership: The systems are owned and operated by IOTR Energy with a Purchase Price Agreement (PPA) in place with users.

Build Operate Transfer - BOT
Suitable for: a utility provider, an industrial manufacturer or a business requiring energy at a large scale.
Specs: 100KW plus Metered Hybrid Solar Power System, Digital Smart Energy Meter, WIFI Enabled Power Inverter, Touch Screen Display, 30 Year Warranty mono Solar Panels.
Optional: Lithium Battery for storage.
Partnership: IOTR Energy, as the first party will work in partnership with Site Owners, as the second party to develop and build the project.
Ownership: The systems are owned and operated by IOTR Energy with a Purchase Price Agreement (PPA) in place with the end users over an agreed term. At the end of the term, the ownership of the systems and the PPA is then transferred to the second party.

Suitable for: a utility provider, an industrial manufacturer or a business requiring energy at a large scale.
Specs: 100KW plus Metered Hybrid Solar Power System, Digital Smart Energy Meter, WIFI Enabled Power Inverter, Touch Screen Display, 30 Year Warranty mono Solar Panels.
Optional: Lithium Battery for storage.
Ownership: The systems are owned and operated by an independent party as the customer. IOTR Energy only has responsibilities to design and build the systems for the customer.
